You will serve as the team’s AI specialist within the Sales Excellence and Training group, evaluating AI capabilities across learning platforms and engineering AI role-play simulations for precise sales coaching.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to tailor AI-driven selling scenarios, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with building or deploying AI/GenAI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of how AI can enable sales training and go-to-market programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise learning or LMS/LXP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current learning systems and identify AI capability gaps.
• Design AI role-play simulations and evaluate feedback quality.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve content creation and reporting.
• Provide strategic AI recommendations to Sales Excellence leadership.
