Job summary

AGCO is seeking an AI & Data Science Intern in Champaign, IL to help build and enhance an AI-powered Sales Risk & Opportunity Intelligence platform for AGCO North America. You will work with large datasets and emerging technologies to develop ML models, data-driven tools, and dashboards that identify sales risks and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/AI/ML/SE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with GenAI and building RAG pipelines.
• Exposure to agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and validation of AI/ML models.
• Design and build data pipelines, data structures, and analytical datasets.
• Develop business applications and dashboards for insights.
• Analyze sales, dealer, customer, and market data for predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Assist with application design and user experience improvements.
• Document technical processes and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve sales intelligence capabilities.
