Job summary

Karbon is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for small to mid-sized accounting firms. You will partner with firm administrators and key users, guiding setup, best practices, and adoption while coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects with priorities.
• Experience facilitating meetings and training with admins and end users.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts.
• Coordinate with firm admins and users to align priorities and drive momentum.
• Lead kickoff, configuration, and training sessions.
• Provide guidance on Karbon best practices for setup and usage.
• Support change management and drive user adoption.
• Assist with data imports and migrations ensuring data integrity.
• Identify risks and escalate as needed to senior team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Deliver measurable value and early wins for customers.
• Apply AI tools to planning, communications, and workflow optimization.
