Job summary

Karbon is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training on the Karbon platform. You will act as project manager, consultant, and change coach to ensure rapid value realization.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, workshops, and training; advising on workflow design and best practices; and driving adoption while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey as the project manager for enterprise accounts.
• Communicate across executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to align priorities.
• Lead kickoff meetings, configuration workshops, and training sessions.
• Advise customers on best practices in workflow design and change management.
• Coach firms through change management and drive adoption.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations using Excel and other tools.
• Identify risks and intervene to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Deliver measurable ROI and support long-term success with Karbon.
• Utilize AI tools in day-to-day implementation work to optimize processes.
