Job summary

Karbon is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for small to mid-sized accounting firms. You will own the implementation journey, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive rapid value with best-practice workflows and AI-assisted processes.

Ideal candidates have 2-4+ years in B2B SaaS implementations, strong communication, and a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and training sessions with admins and end users.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate tech concepts clearly.
• Curious, growth-minded, and eager to expand advisory skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts, with plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with firm admins and users to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Lead kickoff, configuration, and training sessions using established frameworks.
• Provide guidance on Karbon best practices for workflows and day-to-day usage.
• Support change management and adoption efforts within customer teams.
• Assist with data migration and integrity during onboarding.
• Identify risks and escalate when needed to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Demonstrate early wins and measurable value for long-term success.
• Leverage AI tools to support project planning, communications, and optimization.
