Job summary

Reonic is seeking a RevOps & GTM Engineer to co-architect our data ecosystem and own data accessibility across the company. You will build internal apps, deploy AI, and work hands-on in Python (TypeScript bonus) to unify customer, HubSpot, and Aircall data. This role is based in Berlin and requires C2 English proficiency.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Success to translate complex data into actionable BI dashboards and insights that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with n8n, Python; TypeScript is a bonus.
• Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and SaaS integrations (HubSpot, Aircall).
• Ability to design data pipelines and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data-driven AI and analytics initiatives end-to-end.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from customers, HubSpot, and Aircall.
• Develop BI dashboards in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.
