CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Sr Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance to join our growing RevOps team in the US. You will analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the funnel.

You’ll partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Data Engineering and Finance to drive data-driven improvements, build predictive models, and accelerate forecasting using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM, strategy, or analytics experience.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable sales insights.
• Experience with CRM and enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GTM strategy for new product launches or market entries.
• Monitor and report on sales performance across segments, geographies, and verticals.
• Identify performance gaps at rep, team, and regional levels with data-backed recommendations.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs with Sales Leadership and RevOps.
• Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation strategies.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and pipeline studies to inform GTM motions.
• Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify rep skill gaps and training opportunities.
