Job summary

Perplexity is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to shape how demand is attributed, routing, and funnel management for our enterprise go-to-market. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Analytics to translate strategy into execution using AI-powered tools.

3+ years in revenue or sales ops, strong Salesforce expertise, and solid SQL skills are required to drive pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or similar at a high-growth B2B company.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, data models and flows.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills to pull and reconcile data.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day processes moving leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities through the funnel.
• Maintain attribution across inbound, outbound, product-led, partner, and event motions.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, fields, flows and validation rules.
• Support pipeline reviews and forecasting with opportunity hygiene and stage accuracy.
• Investigate data quality issues across Salesforce, Snowflake and marketing/sales tools.
• Document processes, train users, and provide fast operational support to sales teams.
