Job summary

Seso is modernizing farm back‑office operations and seeking a Financial Analyst to own revenue models and forecasting. You will work cross‑functionally, integrate ERP data, and drive automation using AI to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting.

Responsibilities include managing driver‑based forecasts, updating bookings against actuals, and collaborating with RevOps and the Controller to provide insight-driven analyses. A strong self‑starter with 3+ years in FP&A is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts and scenario models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong self-starter with ability to own end-to-end modeling projects.
• Clear communicator able to explain forecasts and variances to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue model by product line and reconcile actuals from the ERP monthly.
• Develop the yearly forecast and maintain updates, presenting drivers to the Controller.
• Update the bookings plan against actuals and report ARR / revenue run-rate with RevOps.
• Own monthly revenue reporting and Budget vs. Actuals with variance commentary.
• Automate monthly refreshes so actuals flow into the model and reports with AI support.
