AI-Driven FP&A Analyst for Agribusiness Revenue

Job summary

Seso is building a modern back-office platform for agribusiness, combining AI with financial intelligence to forecast revenue and manage invoicing for H-2A workers. The Financial Analyst will own the revenue model, reconcile data from ERP, QBO, and Aleph, and partner with RevOps and FP&A to drive accuracy and growth.

This hands-on role reports to the Controller and requires a self-starter who can automate processes, write clear commentary, and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts and scenario models.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and month-end close basics.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue model by product line and forecast with actuals.
• Provide monthly revenue reporting and variance commentary.
• Automate and improve the revenue model using AI and connected data.
