Job summary

SonarSource is seeking a Revenue Finance Director to join the FP&A team in Austin and own how we forecast, plan, and price revenue. You will drive forecast accuracy, build driver-based models, and push an AI-first approach to FP&A across the organization.

You’ll partner with Controllership, Deal Desk, Pricing, and R&D Finance to optimize margins, pricing, and deals while delivering executive-ready analyses and materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance (FP&A, revenue finance, or strategic finance) in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Ownership of revenue/ARR forecast at scale with accuracy improvements
• Pricing, packaging, or commercial recommendations with margin focus
• Experience with consumption-based models
• Hands-on AI experience in finance workflows with actual automations
• Driver-based financial modeling for executives and boards
• Self-starter who owns and delivers end-to-end work

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecast end to end (bookings, billings, revenue) across monthly and quarterly cycles
• Lead long-range revenue planning and translate targets to P&L
• Build driver-based models and AI-enabled workflows for forecasting and analytics
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Pricing, and R&D Finance on margins, pricing, and deals
• Partner with Controllership, Accounting, Finance Ops, RevOps to ensure data integrity and reporting
