Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner to edit, audit and improve AI-generated outreach and onboarding content. You’ll shape how AI-driven messaging is checked across teams and own onboarding for key sales roles in collaboration with sales leadership.

In this remote role, you’ll help define scalable processes, refine prompts, and build curricula for Principals and Evangelists while supporting the Marketing and Communication teams with upskilling materials and collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience editing AI output or human-written content.
• Background supporting revenue client-facing teams in an enablement capacity.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
• Experience testing, editing, and troubleshooting AI prompts.
• Experience creating and maintaining new-hire onboarding materials.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated sequences, templates, and messaging to meet quality standards before release, refining prompts to improve output at the source.
• Build and run a recurring audit of live AI-generated outreach, identifying drift and evolving the process toward automated scoring as volume grows.
• Document recurring failure patterns in AI output and translate them into specific guidance for AI build owners.
• Develop and maintain new-hire onboarding curricula and materials for Principals and Evangelists, keeping them accurate as processes and tooling change.
• Support the Communication Strategist with upskilling materials, training content, and marketing collateral.
