Job summary

Credence in McLean, VA seeks a Research/Capture Analyst to conduct research, analyze opportunities, and support or lead AI-enabled workflows across the BD and Capture lifecycle. The role offers rapid advancement and collaboration within a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate has a US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, strong attention to detail, proficient with MS Office and AI tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required at minimum; Master’s is a plus.
• Citizenship: US citizenship required.
• Strong attention to detail and research/analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with generative AI tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data on new opportunities and track capture opportunities.
• Support Capture Managers with research, organization, and tracking.
• Coordinate with teaming partners; participate in meetings.
• Lead RFI submissions to government to support capture efforts.
• Develop and improve AI-enabled workflows for BD/capture operations.
• Assist in proposals development, pricing, recruiting, and marketing tasks.
