Credence has animmediateneedfor a Research/Capture Analyst. We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to conduct a variety of research, analysis, teaming, and relationship-building/networking assignments in support of Credence’s Business Development (BD) and Capture efforts, and also to support or lead AI workflow development and integration of AI capabilities to drive efficiency across the BD/capture process. We are looking for self-motivating employees who aim to eventually grow to be proficient in, and eventually lead, all aspects of the capture lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team with a dynamic workload. There is ample room for rapid advancement in multiple functions within the larger Proposal/Capture/BD team, to include capture management, proposal support and management, and proposal pricing.
The Research/Capture Analyst will be responsible for working collaboratively with Credence team members on a variety of tasks and should possess the following skills:
$50,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
