Credence in Illinois is seeking a Research/Capture Analyst to perform research and analysis for new government opportunities, track capture activities, and support or lead AI workflow development to improve the BD/capture process. The role involves coordinating with teaming partners, assisting capture managers, and potentially contributing to proposals, pricing, and marketing efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree at minimum; Master’s degree a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency with generative AI tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data on new opportunities and track capture opportunities across government systems.
• Support Capture Managers with research, project organization, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with teaming partners; participate in teaming, pricing, proposal, and negotiation meetings.
• Lead RFI written submissions to the government to support capture efforts.
• Develop and improve AI-enabled workflows that enhance BD and capture operations.
• Possibly assist with proposals development, recruiting, pricing, and marketing efforts.
