CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance leader to own renewals forecasting and analytics for our multi-billion-dollar renewals business.

You’ll partner with Sales Operations, Renewals, Deal Desk, and Corporate Finance to drive strategic insights and ensure accurate, actionable reporting. We value deep SaaS/UFM experience, advanced modeling skills, and a proven track record with AI-driven analysis.

Qualifications

12+ years in FP&A, GTM/Sales Finance, Strategic Finance, banking, or consulting.
Proven SaaS/subscription experience with renewals ownership — forecasting STR, uplift, and partnering with Renewals/field sales.
Deep fluency in ARR, STR, GRR/NRR, churn and contraction, and multi-year dynamics.
Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling and SQL; Python a plus.
Experience using AI tools to improve analytics and automate reporting.
Proven forecast accuracy and credibility with senior sales leadership.
Experience with Salesforce/CPQ and analytics tools like Tableau/Power BI.
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Proven AI tooling to enhance decision-making and productivity.

Responsibilities

Own the renewals forecast — weekly, quarterly, annual; cover STR, on-time renewal, uplift, expansion, churn.
Drive retention analytics and stock metrics (GRR, NRR, logo retention).
Diagnose churn and contraction with data-driven reason-code taxonomy; validate data quality.
Apply AI to scale impact; build renewal propensity scoring and automate reporting.
Turn insight into action; size addressable churn and recommend retention plays with ARR impact.
Partner with sales leaders; support Deal Desk on complex renewal structures and quota inputs.
