Capgemini seeks a senior Regional Transformation Procurement Lead – Americas to drive an account-first, sector-led model across the U.S., Canada, and LatAm, leading AI-enabled procurement operations and BPO/GBS delivery.

This leadership role partners with sales, delivery, and sector leaders to scale procurement transformation, sustainability, governance, and executive engagement across multi-country accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement transformation or consulting experience.
• Strong BPO / managed services leadership experience.
• Proven experience in S2C / P2P and shared services / GBS models.
• Executive stakeholder management with multi-country client leadership.
• Hands-on AI, automation, and procurement analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation and delivery across the Americas.
• Operationalize a sector-led model with sustainability and legal capabilities.
• Drive large deals and scale AI-enabled procurement solutions.
• Lead transformation across S2C / P2P and GBS / BPO delivery models.
• Scale automation, analytics, and intelligent operations.
