Flagship Pioneering is seeking an Executive Search Operations Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will work hands-on across Flagship and portfolio companies, focusing on back-end AI-enabled operations, such as templates for reporting and content support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with experience in executive search and strong skills with AI tools to improve workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or executive search support.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to update trackers and support workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Support executive search operations across Flagship and portfolio companies.
• Create, maintain and update materials and documentation using AI-forward tools.
• Develop templates for job descriptions, status updates, and candidate reports.
• Coordinate with recruiters to keep workstreams organized and deadlines on track.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in Greenhouse ATS.
