Job summary

Flagship Pioneering in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Executive Search Operations Analyst to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this hands-on role, you will support executive search execution across Flagship and its portfolio companies, with a strong focus on back-end AI-focused operations, such as template creation for reporting and content support.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI-enabled tools to build recruiting materials,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search support, talent operations, or a related administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to update trackers, maintain documentation, and support operational workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting operations & coordination.
• Support day-to-day search execution by creating, maintaining and updating materials and internal documentation using AI-forward tools and workflows.
• Create and refine templates for job descriptions, status updates, candidate reports, debrief materials, and other executive search documents to ensure consistency across recruitment-related projects.
• Partner with recruiters to keep workstreams organized and efficient, action items clear, and deadlines on track.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and candidate data to support project management across active searches.
• Ensure accurate entry of candidate data and status updates in Greenhouse ATS to maintain data integrity.
