Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or executive search support.
• Proficient with AI-enabled tools to update trackers and documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
• Fluency in using data, dashboards, and reporting to surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting operations and day-to-day search execution.
• Create, maintain, and update materials and internal documentation using AI-forward tools.
• Develop templates for job descriptions, status updates, and candidate reports.
• Collaborate with recruiters to keep workstreams organized and deadlines on track.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records across searches.
• Ensure timely entry of candidate data and status updates in Greenhouse.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports to provide actionable insights.
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders throughout the search lifecycle.
