Job summary

Distyl is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience end to end, managing a high volume of scheduling across concurrent searches, and leveraging AI tools to speed processes. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to move pipelines and create smoother experiences for candidates.

You will coordinate both onsite and virtual interviews, flag bottlenecks early, and help hand off offers to People Ops, contributing to a high-growth, AI-enabled culture.

• Comfort working with hiring managers across departments and functions.
• AI-native approach to scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Bias toward process improvement and taking initiative to fix inefficiencies.
• Candidate-first mindset with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple reqs and stakeholders with clarity.
• Ownership mentality for smooth hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple concurrent reqs.
• Serve as primary candidate contact with a warm, informative tone.
• Coordinate availability across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Proactively flag bottlenecks or conflicts to avoid delays.
• Maintain clean candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline scheduling and reporting.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes with the broader team.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including debriefs.
• Support offer logistics and handoff to People Ops.
