Job summary

Kushner seeks a Strategic Platform Support Analyst/Associate to maintain, improve, and build out our real-estate technology stack, including Yardi and EliseAI. You will collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, Development, and Operations to translate needs into configurations, reports, and workflows.

The role includes testing, deployments, documentation, and driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi and real-estate systems.
Strong platform-support, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of real-estate operations including property, accounting, asset management.
Proficiency with generative AI and AI-enabled tools, including workflow design and data handling.
Strong Excel and reporting; SQL experience preferred.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as hands-on SME for Yardi, EliseAI, and other real-estate platforms including support, workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and issue resolution.
Own and prioritize platform-support requests; investigate problems, communicate with users, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and deliver sustainable solutions.
Support and improve real-estate systems used by Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, Development, and Operations.
Translate business needs into system configurations, workflow improvements, report specifications, test plans, and implementation plans.
Coordinate testing, user acceptance, releases, upgrades, new property or entity setup, and other platform changes.
Build and maintain clear documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and platform adoption.
Help evaluate, implement, and scale approved AI and automation tools across business functions; create practical use cases, training, and guardrails for adoption.
Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve support, documentation, research, reporting, analysis, and team productivity.
Partner effectively with business users, platform owners, vendors, and technical teams.
