Job summary

CLEAR INVESTMENT GROUP is seeking a Technology Analyst in Chicago, IL to configure, build, and improve the systems powering our real estate platform. This role emphasizes AI initiatives and hands‑on Yardi/ERP support, collaborating with internal teams and our external AI partner to keep initiatives on track.

You will own the AI project tracker, translate business needs into deliverables, and help scale technology across acquisitions, asset management, and finance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, project management, or technology implementation.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and practical applications.
• Experience with system support and data management.

Responsibilities

• AI Initiative & Implementation: Act as the primary day-to-day internal contact for AI initiatives with internal/external partners.
• Own the AI project tracker and manage milestones, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, finance, accounting, operations to gather requirements and translate into deliverables.
• Support rollout of AI tools through testing, documentation, and training coordination.
