Job summary

CLEAR INVESTMENT GROUP in Chicago, IL seeks a Technology Analyst to configure, build, and improve systems powering a fast-growing real estate platform. You’ll own AI initiatives, work across acquisitions, asset management, finance, and operations, and serve as a bridge between internal teams and external AI partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on Yardi and related systems knowledge, data validation, testing, and documentation, with growth into broader business systems analysis as proficiency

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in coordination, operations, project management, or tech implementation.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and current trends.
• Experience with Yardi or MRI RealPage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IS/Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day internal point of contact for AI initiatives and coordinate with external AI partner and internal stakeholders.
• Own AI project tracker; manage milestones, action items, decisions, and dependencies.
• Gather requirements across teams and translate needs into clear deliverables.
• Support rollout of AI tools through testing, documentation, and training coordination.
