Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Quality Engineer focused on AI-enabled test automation. You will design and execute automated tests for APIs, UI, and data workflows, integrate testing into CI/CD, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Clinical teams to ensure high-quality digital health solutions.

Qualified candidates bring 5–8+ years in quality engineering, strong testing discipline, and a willingness to advance AI-driven quality practices in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 5–8+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience with AI-enabled testing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and plans with stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data workflows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for early quality signals.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities, define test data and evaluation rubrics.
• Document defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support release readiness and quality reporting.
