Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Quality Engineer for AI & Test Automation to modernize quality practices across digital products and AI-enabled use cases. You will design, build, and maintain automated testing assets and contribute to AI evaluation methods.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in quality engineering, software testing, or AI quality delivery.
• Hands-on automated tests for APIs, web or mobile apps, data validations.
• Experience with CI/CD, defect triage, release readiness, and quality metrics.
• Exposure to AI-enabled testing concepts and regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and quality approaches with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and validation plans.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for early signals.
• Create reusable data, fixtures, and automation patterns for teams.
