Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is hiring a Quality Engineering Analyst to join our IT team in Canton, MA on a hybrid schedule. The role requires 3–5 years of manual and automated testing experience and a passion for evolving testing with AI‑driven approaches.

You will maintain test frameworks, participate in planning, and help integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in QE /test automation.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar.
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs (REST, JSON, Postman, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain manual and automated test frameworks for web and API applications.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and release activities.
• Execute and enhance functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies early in the SDLC.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML‑based testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows.
