Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced QA/Test Engineers to support a mission-critical FAA aviation program. You will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for Java-based microservices in AWS (ECS/EKS) and OpenShift, with a focus on AI-driven test-script generation and security-compliant testing.

You will integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, perform REST and performance testing, and work in a SAFe environment with hybrid flexibility in Gaithersburg, MD.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated software testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based test automation and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-native, microservices testing in CI/CD environments.
• Experience with AI-driven test automation concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and QA standards.
• Build and execute automated unit, integration, end-to-end, and API tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop AI-driven test-script generation capabilities and maintenance.
• Test Java-based microservices on AWS ECS/EKS and OpenShift.
• Validate functionality across development, test, and production environments.
• Perform REST API, contract, integration, and performance testing.
• Support security testing including SAST/DAST and compliance controls.
• Prepare evidence for ConMon and ATO requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps in SAFe environments.
• Contribute to test strategy and quality standards.
