Job summary

Aquent collaborates with a prominent organization to transform high-stakes care decisions by empowering families and providers through innovative design. You will lead end-to-end product design for provider workstreams, shaping workflows and experiences that scale across internal and external users.

You will partner with product, engineering, research, marketing, operations, and leadership to frame problems, set success criteria, and guide releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience across complex web, SaaS, marketplace, CRM, internal-tool, partner-portal, or operations-facing products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from ambiguous problem framing through shipped product, including work that influenced product strategy or raised the quality bar across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, and product judgment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools in the design or product development process.
• Ability to explain not just what you designed, but how you used evidence, tools, prototypes, constraints, and judgment to make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for provider workstreams, from discovery and journey mapping through prototypes and production-ready designs.
• Translate intricate marketplace, partner, and operational challenges into clear, intuitive workflows for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and business leaders to define problem framing, success criteria, and release scope.
• Create workflows that instill trust, provide clarity, speed, and high usability for users in critical information contexts.
• Mentor and raise the bar for other designers through critique, pattern quality, and storytelling.
• Experiment with AI tools to explore product directions and prototype workflows, accelerating design quality.
