Job summary

Atria Health and Research Institute is seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Designer to strategize and build internal tools that advance care delivery and the clinical experience. You will shape design direction, set craft standards, and drive our design systems across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions.

The ideal candidate leads with vision, thrives at execution, and collaborates across product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience including ownership of strategy for complex digital/service experiences.
• Bonus: experience in health tech, wellness, or other high-engagement industries.
• Proven track record delivering design that drives business outcomes and user delight.
• Mastery of user experience, visual design, and interaction design principles with an exceptional portfolio.
• Experience setting multi-year design vision and scaling design systems across product areas.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and evolve a multi-year design vision and strategy for operational and clinical experiences.
• Serve as principal design voice in strategic conversations and influence across the org.
• Advocate for a user-first approach with high craft, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Lead design for high-impact initiatives from concept to launch across platforms.
• Evolve and scale Atria’s design system with a world-class language and brand consistency.
• Integrate service design thinking to connect digital and physical member experiences.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations to align design direction.
