Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering to lead end-to-end D365 F&O projects and upgrades. You will engage business and IT stakeholders, drive workshops, and coordinate with offshore teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will govern projects with RAID logs, use Agile or Hybrid methods, and oversee testing phases to ensure on-time go-lives and strong post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering D365 F&O projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Client engagement and workshops with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage RAID logs and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrades.
• Client Engagement: gather requirements and lead workshops with business/IT stakeholders.
• Team Coordination: work with offshore and onshore teams, remove blockers.
• Planning & Governance: create plans, RAID logs, and resource plans; ensure QA via UAT/SIT/Pre-Prod.
