Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with client stakeholders, gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers.
• Planning & Governance: Develop project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans; ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Quality & Delivery Assurance: Oversee deliverables, testing phases, and ensure solutions meet business requirements; drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.
• Functional / Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; familiarity with APIs, Azure, Logic Apps, and Leapwork.
• Project Management Expertise: Experience in Agile/Scrum; PMP preferred; proficient in Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management with strong problem-solving abilities for client-facing roles.
