Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive delivery in the CMT unit, coordinating between clients and tech teams. The role focuses on SDLC governance, scope management, and timely project execution with a strong emphasis on telecom domain solutions and full-stack Java/React development.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education) required.
• Work may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise between technical teams and clients, enabling clear communication via regular meetings.
• Support SDLC adherence, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and specs.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, assist with effort estimation and approvals.
