Qualifications

• Experience tracking data and milestones in project-management software.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years of project-management experience and proficiency with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, launch, and management of projects from intake through closeout.
• Use project-management software to build and maintain workflows, templates, timelines, and project plans.
• Track milestones, owners, and deadlines; surface risks and bottlenecks before they stall work.
• Develop dashboards and regular status reports for the team and leadership.
• Define success criteria for each project and evaluate outcomes at close.
• Collaborate with diocesan staff and parish leadership across planting, campus ministry, congregational vitality, and small-church work.
