Job summary
Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the AI Data Platform team. You will define roadmaps and drive scalable AI data infrastructure to support internal and external AI products, collaborating with AI researchers, data scientists, and clinical leadership to deliver production-grade retrieval and context graphs for value-based care workflows.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Robust understanding of artificial intelligence and/or machine learning and related technologies.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Experience with Agile teams, Jira, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of APIs, DevOps, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure and data engineering principles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable translating ambiguous product requirements into a technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and end state.
- Lead the full lifecycle of ML and LLM platform workstreams from data ingestion to deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and test hypotheses.
- Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements and measurable success criteria.
- Develop short and long-term roadmaps delivering value with acceptable risk and iteration.
- Partner with AI researchers to mature proofs-of-concept into production-ready capabilities.
- Perform hands-on exploration of feedback, healthcare data, and validation data to assess model performance.
