Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the AI Data Platform to define and deliver roadmap, enabling production-grade agentic retrieval and context graph solutions for value-based care workflows.

You will collaborate across ML systems, data engineering, and clinical leadership to scale AI-driven tools, improving data access for internal stakeholders and external AI products, while focusing on production-grade reliability and impact.

Qualifications

Robust understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle and related technologies.
Experience with Agile teams, Jira, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Able to translate ambiguous product requirements into a technical roadmap.
Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and internal understanding.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the roadmap for the AI Data Platform to scale products.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical leadership.
Lead ML/LLM platform workstreams from data ingestion to deployment and optimization.
Write detailed user stories with clear business rationale and success criteria.
Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to maximize value with manageble risk.
Mature proofs-of-concept into production-ready capabilities.
Validate model performance using data and stakeholder feedback.
