Job summary

Micron Technology, based in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Line Coordinator to drive manufacturing execution and coordinate priorities across Production, Planning, and Engineering. You will support data-driven decisions and maintain accurate production data in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams. Experience with AI tools, dashboards, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency is a plus, with a focus on safe, compliant

Qualifications

Associates Degree or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience coordinating priorities, managing data, or supporting operations in manufacturing.
Strong verbal and written communication with cross-team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Interest or experience with AI tools, automation, dashboards, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production priorities, engineering requests, inventory activities, and material flow to support manufacturing operations.
Monitor WIP, manage manufacturing system transactions, and maintain accurate production data.
Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure timely product movement.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools, automation, dashboards, and data analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.
