Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years in program management, operations, and strategy at leadership level.
• Strong analytics with automated dashboards and reporting; data interpretation and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, Copilot or similar tools.
• Proven workforce planning and executive communications experience.
• Ability to drive transformational initiatives across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track pivotal strategic initiatives aligned to ME objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and drive accountability.
• Support labor efficiency programs, roadmap development, action management, and executive reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards, benchmarks, scorecards, and BI reporting frameworks.
• Create automated reporting systems and BI tools to drive insights and efficiency.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives and workflow transformations to improve efficiency.
