Job summary

You will collaborate with global teams to resolve issues, improve system reliability, and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled technologies, automation, and modern development practices to optimize operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS or related field, or equivalent IT experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with one or more languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell, Perl, Bash, VB.NET, SQL.
• Experience supporting Linux, Unix, or Windows systems and troubleshooting software or database issues.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and maintain manufacturing software, databases, and data analytics for high availability.
• Fix and resolve critical system issues, minimize downtime, and improve reliability.
• Design and develop utilities, monitoring solutions, metrics, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with global customers, developers, infrastructure teams, and business partners to identify improvements.
• Apply AI-Assisted, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions to support fixing, automation, and monitoring with data integrity and security.
