Job summary

Fortive Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Product Management to redefine sterile processing workflows. Lead the transformation of our SaaS platform into an AI-driven command center for hospital SPD operations.

You will own the platform strategy, roadmap, and product organization, driving adoption, retention and revenue across enterprise customers, in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in product management or product leadership within SaaS, B2C application or enterprise software.
• 3–5 years leading product managers and product leadership directly.
• Proven ownership of an external-facing software product actively used by non-technical, paying customers in a hospital setup.
• Demonstrated track record driving engagement, retention, and product-led revenue outcomes.
• 5+ years of M&A experience, including buy-versus-build analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Experience defining product strategy, owning a roadmap, and launching new capabilities successfully to market.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and SaaS product development practices.
• Experience collaborating on product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise B2B buying dynamics and customer success motions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Transformation & Roadmap Ownership.
• Visionary Leadership: overhaul the current product roadmap with predictive analytics, automated compliance and decision support.
• Customer-centric innovation by translating pain points into software features.
• Agile execution: lead a high-velocity product team with ruthlessly prioritized backlog.
• Operational Excellence and pricing/packaging optimization.
• Cross-functional synergy with Sales and Marketing to arm value propositions.
• Own KPIs such as LTV, CAC, NRR, ARR, churn.
• Deal with M&A, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Market positioning aligning product strategy with reimbursement models and regulatory requirements.
