Job summary

PartsSource is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Service Solutions to own and expand enterprise capabilities within the platform, uniting contracted, depot, and on-demand service into a single, intelligent workflow integrated with a world-class vendor network.

You will lead discovery with providers and vendors, define the product strategy, analytics, and the go-to-market approach to deliver measurable outcomes and ROI for hospital service programs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management experience in tech-enabled service solutions or B2B SaaS.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, or a technical field.
• Comfort working across technical and data topics without being SME; strong partnering with platform/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for unified service solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Evolve service portfolio toward modular, AI-enabled experience.
• Lead cross-functional strategy with CX, Platform, Engineering, and commercial teams.
• Maintain discovery cadence with users, buyers, and vendor network; de-risk decisions with data.
• Identify where AI adds value in service workflows; shape human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Turn service data into analytics and dashboards that drive ROI and customer outcomes.
• Treat vendor network as a first-class product surface with performance and SLAs.
• Collaborate on GTM, pricing inputs, and enablement to drive adoption and retention.
