Job summary

The Ride Platform, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Marketing professional to own positioning, launches, and enablement for Roamly and Ride, with cross-portfolio collaboration across the operator economy.

You will translate commercial strategy into AI-ready, structured inputs that guide our AI systems. You will lead segmentation, personas, pricing narratives, and ecosystem storytelling while partnering with Product and Sales to drive market success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product marketing or closely adjacent field with measurable business impact.
• AI fluent and able to translate strategy into structured AI inputs.
• Strong positioning and messaging craft with scalable hierarchy.
• Proven track record taking products/features to market end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with sales, channel, or agent enablement.
• Excellent competitive analysis and customer research skills.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging for each product, tailored by segment (policyholders, fleet operators, renters, hosts, small businesses).
• Define and maintain segments and personas guiding marketing and sales efforts.
• Lead go-to-market & launches for new products, features, and market expansions; coordinate cross-functional GTM.
• Create battlecards, decks, and training materials; manage objections for Roamly agents and partners; support Ride’s B2B motions.
• Track competitive landscape; conduct win/loss interviews; translate results into positioning and enablement.
• Collaborate on pricing, packaging narratives, and willingness-to-pay; craft pricing story.
