Responsibilities

• Represent customer needs through research, interviews, and analyst input.
• Own product storytelling and messaging for personas, features, and demand gen.
• Produce sales collateral, playbooks, decks, case studies, and competitive analyses.
• Lead launches with product, demand gen, sales, and customer success teams.
• Create content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, videos to fuel pipelines.
