Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to lead go-to-market launches, drive post-launch success, and align product strategy with business operations. The role partners with product teams and other departments to ensure a successful delivery and measurable value for key Retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 6 years of product/project/program management experience.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of go-to-market launch and post-launch plans for major initiatives.
• Partner with product, business operations and analytics to ensure value delivery and KPI visibility.
• Define and measure success through stage gates, dashboards and analytics.
• Keep the voice of the customer in product decisions across in-market operations.
• Coordinate training, sales, and support readiness for new products or enhancements.
• Synthesize information for executive audiences and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Champion process improvements using AI to boost productivity and clarity.
• Potential to grow into managing 1–2 direct reports; travel up to 15%.
