Unanet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a tightly integrated pod across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and SMEs, owning a defined ERP domain and translating problems into prototypes and customer value.

This builder role emphasizes outcomes over feature counts, uses AI-assisted development, and requires strong product judgment, data literacy, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience building ERP software for AEC customers (accounting focus).
• Proven product lead in a cross-functional pod with AI-enabled delivery.
• Strong ability to translate customer insight into requirements and prototypes.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the product domain from framing to prototyping and post-launch learning.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of Product, Development, UX, QA, SMEs.
• Drive AI-assisted development with rapid iteration and evaluation.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops for AI-driven experiences.
• Communicate clearly to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
