Job summary

Core States Group seeks a Design Technology AI Lead to manage externally sourced AI tools and drive production adoption across Architecture & Engineering, Civil, and Construction. You will pilot Autodesk Assistant, Forma AI, and SketchUp AI to improve production floor efficiency, building a strong ROI case and rollout plan.

You will partner with Design Technology Leads to identify workflow gaps, embed tools into templates and standards, and report progress to leadership while guiding adoption

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of leadership or product management experience with vendor relationships preferred.
Experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying software and AI tools in a design/production environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as CSG's Design Technology AI Leader for externally sourced AI tools and own the production process.
Own execution of the AI Enablement Charter for external AI tools across all business lines and pilot new tools.
