Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Risk Governance to lead the strategy and execution of risk intelligence products that help leadership identify and respond to major threats. You will collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, technology, analytics, and business partners to shape a scalable product vision.

You will own the product roadmap, define OKRs, and work with engineers, designers, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Product domain experience in risk management.
• Experience with risk governance, intelligence, or reputation management.
• Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas).
• Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for risk governance products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, UX designers, data scientists.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management and technology partners.
• Prioritize backlog and maintain product backlog and OKRs.
• Act as voice of the product to stakeholders.
