Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Product Manager to transform real-world security expertise into Social Intelligence software that helps teams identify credible threats earlier and protect people when it matters most.

You will own the roadmap for risk intelligence, partner with Engineering and Design, and deliver increments that provide tangible customer value. The role supports AI-enabled prototyping and requires strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product or product-adjacent function such as intelligence program design or tooling selection.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
• Comfort turning customer needs into software requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of security, intelligence, and risk use cases and personas.
• Prioritize work to align with business goals and customer needs; define problem statements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate problems into concrete specs and milestones.
• Prototype with AI tooling to rapidly validate concepts with customers.
• Define success metrics and instrument adoption, efficiency, and impact after releases.
• Support GTM enablement by translating capabilities into practical narratives for Sales and Success teams.
