Job summary

AlertMedia is hiring a Product Manager to turn security expertise into Social Intelligence software, helping teams identify credible threats earlier and protect people when it matters most. You will own problem framing, prioritization, and delivery across AI-enabled features, working with Engineering, Design, and GTM.

You will collaborate with security-focused personas, translate real workflows into software, and ship iteratively to derive measurable impact for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing products from discovery to launch in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to translate customer problems into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep customer and market understanding for security-focused personas.
• Own prioritization and roadmap decisions with clear rationale for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define specs, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Prototype concepts with AI tooling to demonstrate value quickly to customers.
• Define success metrics before launches and analyze outcomes for future priorities.
• Enable GTM teams with messaging and training to support new capabilities.
