• 4-5 years in a SaaS-focused company with growth/optimization.
• Understanding modern product discovery and delivery methods.
• Experience implementing AI-powered features in product development.
• Ability to think strategically and align business goals with product/technical aspects.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data/AI insights for improvements.
• Ability to own end-to-end idea-to-product processes within a team.
• Excellent product management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication to collaborate with distributed teams.
• 4h overlap with CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for part of the customer journey, leveraging innovation and AI.
• Define, analyze, and optimize metrics, reporting progress and impact.
• Apply product discovery practices, data insights, and AI innovations to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct user research, articulate use cases, identify bottlenecks, translate insights into requirements.
• Focus on business outcomes like engagement, revenue, and churn reduction, not just features.
